I've never had a good experience at this Lowes! They don't have enough workers and the ones they do have don't care!
No matter you need, it takes them over a hour to tell you they don’t have it.... Even though online it shows they have 15 In stock �
We bought 3 hurricane windows from Lowe’s. They said it would be ready just before Christmas of 2017. One sliding door was installed. The other one, the frame( which they measured it) didn’t fit in. They have been saying after Christmas it would be ready, they would call. We would call but they now said it would be ready by January 15, 2018. We waited and January 15 passed. me hicieron esperar mucho tiempo no tiene gente capacitada en el de university and pines
Yesterday while at the Lowes on Pines and Pines . Not one person in any department asked if I needed help . I was looking at bathroom faucets for at least 20 minutes and there were 2 employees doing inventory or something and they could have cared less . Very disappointed .
Just left the lowes on univesity n pines blvd pretty upset over the lack of service and follow throw. A store manager let me walk out the store without fulfilling and upholding the promise of lifetime warranty on a hand tool they sold me. A Chadwick Gorge who challenged the idea that the tool was not a hand tool but "an attachment to a hand tool" and continued to say that I had to call @irwintools for some Auth code to exchange a 4 dollar tool. Worst customer service ever! I ordered an item online to be delivered. After several days of not knowing when my order would arrive (and several phone calls), I got an automated call from the courier service that order would arrive between 12-2 on a Monday. Never showed up. Courier service said the order was taken off their route. After calling the store (and being hung up on 4 times), the manager finally said the order has not arrived from vendor and they have NO idea when it will arrive.
