Have been going to this particular store for 15 years. Went yesterday to return landscape tarp, a 300' roll. Had the receipt and everything they may have needed on standby. The manager told me he couldn't accept a return on this product because the bag was open? Bag open??? LOL It's landscape tarp. Who cares if the plastic bag has been opened. Very very dissatisfied with that transaction. I told the manager he could keep the $65 that was charged to my card. And I left him the 300' roll of landscape tarp, for him to use.
Very disappointed in my most recent experience with this store. I ordered decking material on August 3, 2016 and I've received the wrong product not once, not twice, but three times. It is October 14th and I'm still trying to finish this project. I've called the 800 number and no one seems to care. Very disappointed and might be forced to shop elsewhere!
I didn't like that they had a Nest camera with the price of a dicounted Pilot camera underneath it. Very disappointed with the display. It's called false advertising. I have the picture but apparently I can't post it here.
Had the best experience getting a tree today! Loyd was a fantastic help!
