They will lie to you just to get you off the phone. The delivery department, warehouse and appliance department do not work together. They are a joke.
They do not know what they are doing They basically sold a stove paid for a month ago to someone else and don’t have replacements they are thieves
Terrible customer service. Purchase a Porta Cable Hammer drill; first time use it failed. Went to swap it and the customer rep refused to swap it. Reason was I did not have the receipt. Which I understand you have to verify purchase; HOWEVER I used my Lowe’s card and my number. I explained that I used my card and my number. Follow-thru on problems has been null & void. Ordered Bali shades oct 2018 for $917 including install. They were installed Nov but returns (ends) we’re wrong width. Re-ordered 3 times, wrong width each time. Apr 2, 2019(6 mo later) I called & asked for Manager. Talked to Cliff, assured me he would research, resolve & call me back. Didn’t happen. Called 4/11, Cliff not in, talked to another mgr, Daryl. Same response, no call back. Called 4/22, talked to Alan Jackson’s employee. No follow- thru, no call back. Ordered them (3) ... read more

Wanted to buy a utility trailer and told to go to customer service. All 3 girls were on their phones. Asked one if someone could help me and she said someone would help me in a minute...10 minutes later while they were still on their phones we left and went to Tractor Supply and I was in and out in 10 minutes. I'll never go back to Lowe's in Inverness again.
Not impressed with the woman at the register yesterday, Saturday, Sept, 9. I got cash back and when she pulled it out of the drawer, she sneezed and coughed on it. Visible phlegm landed on the bill and she still proceeded to hand it to me!!! Are you KIDDING me??? I was speechless (and disgusted) to say the least. ��� At least give me one that you didn't just sneeze and cough all over! Lowe's, can you teach your people some hygiene???
