I can't say enough good things about this store Melissa, Devin and Connie especially! They are always pleasant and easy to get along with. Worst customer service experience I have ever had. Fence installation at my new home. Dropped the ball on everything from sales, order processing, schedule, delivery, installation...you name it. Still don't have a fence 2 months later, with a lighter wallet and a bunch of broken promises. No accountability anywhere in the process, just 'take it up with Corporate'. Last fall I bought about 40 shrubs and plants to landscape around my house. Since it was the end of the season, they were on sale for 50%off. The workers touted the 1 year plant guarantee and said if they didn't make it I could bring them in with my receipt and get replacement plants. When I tried to do that yesterday I was informed I'd get my money-back but not get my plants replaced because I didn't buy them at full price. Big shout out and thank you to young man named Sandro. I was at Lowe's today looking for two more heavy duty plastic storage units. They were out of what I wanted. I asked Sandro and another nice person if they could order or check other local stores. Sandro checked online and said computer said they still had four. He asked if I wanted four - upsold me to three went to the back to find them. Came back with three - tried upselling again - settled for three and he loaded them for me after I paid. I have never had a bad experience at this Lowe's. Had a fantastic gentleman go above and beyond to help me out, and explain a different process to make my project easier and more cost effective!
First time we ever ordered something to be installed and it will be the last damn time. We were suppose to have 2 new doors installed 2/3 weeks ago and it was sprinkling the guy didn't want to get his tools wet (literally what he said) so we rescheduled. They came today and they ordered the wrong doors and screen door! Now we have to wait 3/4 more weeks for them to come in! This is rediculous over 1,400 they Need to get it together. Never again with this place!
