I purchased a washer and a dryer online 4 weeks ago. Originally, the order was to be delivered on 7/9 but due to a delay in our house closing I pushed it back to 7/24. Online it indicated my order was in stock and ready to be delivered on the 9th so you would think there would be no trouble delivering it on the 24th. Wrong. Your corporate page says Safety is your number 1 priority. That was not my experience today when over 50% of your customers are without masks on despite the State of Virginia mandate. Saw a few employees too. $$ over safety at this location.
I have been loyal customer for years and your lack of masks and social distancing have forced me to go elsewhere. Which is too bad, because you have a good staff overall.
say what you mean and mean what you say. get better third party contractors. Need to fix damage that they cause at your home and damage to appliances that they bring you. I am not a happy camper.
I had a basket full of about 20 flowers along with other things. I waited in line to check out. It was my turn at the register in the garden center and the girl said sorry you have to go to the next line, I’m going to lunch. When I asked if someone was relieving her she said no. I left my merchandise right there and left. There was about 5-6 people behind me.
