Waiting on a dishwasher that was purchased 12/26/17 It was not in stock, had to wait until it came in. Finally it came. The installer came out with the machine, took my old one out, opened the box that the new one was in, guess what?? It was damaged. So, the installer had to return it and in the process, the installer had turned the circuit breaker off for my fridge, plus he forgot the "plug" for the drain since the old one was removed. If you are having an appliance delivered, you better take off two days because the delivery time will not be what they originally tell you.
Very poor quality of seasonal goods. Corporate is very discriminatory on their community grants, so they do little for their communities. Always short staffed and it takes an act of congress to get assistance foe the smallest of issues.
Ryanne, in appliances, was so super helpful. She helped me find and purchase everything I needed to install my washer and dryer. She talked me though the process on how to hook up the steam elements on the dryer and I did it! I completed the install all while the husband was at work! Thanks Ryanne. 5 stars for you.
Been a long time customer of the store. The quality of materials has continuously gone down. Yesterday morning I was in there buying materials for an electrical job. I needed a piece of wire cut so I pressed the help button. It went off for 5 minutes and no one showed up. The store was not at all busy. So I go over two isles over and there are two employees standing there talking with each other. I have to get there attention to help me.
