I was so so pleased with this store always have loved them. Yesterday Saturday June 24 2018 We need a washer mine had broke on Friday flooded my basement. So we went to the store not sure if they would have any in stock that we liked because we had gone to another store first and they didn't have any. Almost all young people fresh out of high school. Did not know where items were in the store, told me to look on Amazon instead. Could not answer simple questions on which PVC compound to use for pvc drainage pipe. Initially could not find help in the garden center to get an item down from a top shelf and then had to wait for a lengthy period of time. Not remotely enough help through out the store. Good people, and usually very helpful. Better than Home Depo!
Bought a top of the line refrigerator and had to wait 2 months for a handle. Then my elderly father buys a grill, pays for it, was told it was marked sold until he could return in 2 days to pick it up. Guess what, got a truck to pick it up and grill was gone. Totally finished with this Lowes.
