My husband and I purchased a fridge, washer, and dryer that were supposed to be delivered Thursday. Alex in Appliances was very helpful. The delivery truck broke down and they told me we'd get our stuff yesterday. And then it would be today, Saturday. They've still not gotten our appliances and have done nothing. Lowe's installed a microwave and caught my stove on fire and now the stove doesn't work. Now they say they won't do anything or compensate anything. This store manager Jason and Randy said there is nothing they can do per the regional call center. They didn't have the nerve to call me and tell me and this has been going on for 2 weeks with no response. DO NOT BUY OR HAVE INSTALL ANYTHING FROM LOWE'S. I have had three experiences with this location and they are horrible. It took us over a month to get a quote for a floor installation from them. We bought a new drier. There was issues with delivery. When I purchased the drier it was in stock. Day of delivery it was not in stock. I purchased a refrigerator from them two nights ago. It was delivered to me. They did not install it. They did not remove the other one because they did not want to try the shut off valve in the basement. I had to install the refrigerator and remov... read more
They don't seem to be too interested in making a sale. Trying to buy some flooring for 3 rooms in my house and they act like they are doing me a favor. Tried calling the corporate office and they have the same attitude. I think I'll take my hard earned money and spend it somewhere else.
Bad selection of toilet seats, interior doors, and no small sinks.
We've always had great experiences with other Lowe's, so we came here to get new appliances. Big mistake. They damaged our dryer so they ordered a new one for us. We called and asked if it was at the store so we could pick it up, they said yes. Once we drove the hour to get there, they couldn't find the dryer and had no idea where it was because they don't carry it in stock. They seem to have no idea what is going on with their appliance department, and we will never buy another from this store again.
They were very helpful and friendly. They have a variety of things, including garden center, which is nice and convenient to get to from inside the store.
