Hire more people, educate them on your products, and then keep them accountable. Rockford Lowes has the rudest most incompetent people I have ever dealt with in customer service. Done Done and DONE!!!!!!!!!! 🤬
I've been a Lowe's shopper for years but I can't get over what a dump the store has turned into. You can't navigate the aisles at all because there's just junk piled everywhere. At first I thought it was just a fluke but it's been like that every time I've gone for the last few months now. Sorry to say I'm switching to Home Depot. I'm tired of crawling over pallets of random nonsense to get something off the shelves or having to turn my cart around to avoid all the obstacles.
If zeros stars was an option I would give them zero. I ordered $500 a propane grill from them back in May and paid for it to be delivered to my house. My delivery was delayed 3 separate times due to the grill either not making it on the truck or them not having a truck available. I eventually canceled and bought one that i put together myself from Menards. Just another perspective:I called to speak with the manager. Sorry, no accommodation to those with disabilities. I'm having hip replacement surgery in a couple of weeks and am having some trouble getting around. I just went to Lowe's on Perryville to pick up an indoor potted plant for a family member going through a rough time and I had my head down walking up to the garden center entrance. Horrible service! Still waiting for a fridge to be picked up........now they have no idea who I am... Hopefully this will be resolved.....soon! Contacting credit card company to resolve this issue if they do not call me ALWAYS pay with credit card so they can speak on your behalf when they do not help.
Went into the Rockford, IL store and received such great help. First, Michael in the tools department showed us the perfect tool we needed at the right price and then Joe the plumbing supervisor walked us through the store and helped us pick up the proper items we needed to fix our toilet and replace the wax ring. Then we received a warm greeting and checkout process by Stephanie at the register ❤️ Always love this location! Great service always!

We recently purchased a Washing machine from Lowes on August 1st. Delivery scheduled tuesday after. Damaged washer! a little over a year ago same thing with a brand new dryer. Th eff y are supposed to deliver same washer friday (albeit a new one) hopefully not damaged. Wonder why Lowes is second to Home Depot? 0% nice for 12 months on the card. Believe my business will definitely be 100% to Home Depot for now on.
We ordered flooring and a threshhold piece back in February. We were told flooring would take about a week to arrive but the threshhold would be about 2 weeks. No problem as the flooring wouldn't be installed by then anyway. It is now almost June, flooring is installed, and we still have no matching threshhold piece. Every time I have called to check status(which is about every 2 weeks), I am told that delivery has been delayed again and that it will be another 2 weeks.
