Just another screw up in the long list of screw ups from the Big Box stores
I bought a refrigerator from Lowes and the installer did not hook it up correctly. I now have water damage to my floor and Lowes is refusing to pay the claim. It has been over a month now and my floor had not been fixed.
I ordered a dishwasher online. they called last night to confirm delivery. Called this morning to say they don't have it in stock. Thanks Lowes. You will never get my business again.
I waited for appliances for three weeks then on the scheduled delivery day I waited until 6 pm. They called and said we can’t make it today please reschedule. On the new delivery day Sunday, they claim they were at my house at 8 am and knocked on the door twice. I was home the whole time and no TV or music was turned on. Lowe’s third party delivery service is so bad I will never purchase from them again. I learned that they were calling the wrong phone number for delivery notification. A VAST rake selection when there is 8 inches of snow on the ground, but zero snow shovels.
Will never buy anything here again. Customer service was terrible. Delivery service was terrible. Return policy is ridiculous. Home depot makes this place look unprofessional.
Prices marked on the dryer went up 60 dollars by the time we went to pay for it. Never enough sales clerks on the floor.
So my husband goes there to find a part he needed, needless to say the 1 and only person he asked for help from says “oh it’s back over there somewhere “ for 20 minuets after not finding it no one offered to help him or give him the time of day! Really! Lost customers now! F off!
