Where I loved the in store customer service, the delivery service is HORRIBLE! They called the night before with a two hour time frame as promised, then called back at 7 am and changed the time frame! Frustrating, but not horrible. Went back home a rescheduled my day, then a NO SHOW during that time frame. After I called to confirm this morning! My girlfriend and i were at the Lowes on Perryville Sunday about 3:00 P.M. We are having a new home built and needed a new stove, fridge, dishwasher, clothes washer and dryer. We needed some assistance from their employees and we waited and waited. One lady with gray hair walked by and said she would be right back to help us. We must of waited 20 minutes or more and she never came back. Still waiting and two other employees walk right past us and ignored us. Bought carpet specially for and ordered special for the size rooms we had as to not have seams can anyone guess what I have in my room they did a nice job laying it but not pleased I told them specifically I WANTED NO SEAMS when I ordered it too dam late now, in short you may as well forget the special instructions
Very rude employees to include management. Discriminate against disabled veterans. Have to look for employees for help and then they are rude and act like it is an inconvenience to assist their customers.
Very helpful people. Oh. I almost forgot. They bag your stuff and say thank you for serving our country. It really makes my husband feel appreciated.
Went to the Rockford store this evening and had the absolute worst customer service ever. We waited over 20 mins before anyone ever helped us. First of all the appliance guy was on lunch and no one even knew he was gone so they kept paging him and there was no one covering the dept. I went there this evening because I wanted a whirlpool dishwasher you had on sale in all white however the display model had a black control panel which is not what was shown online or stated in the specifications.
