Thank you so much for the wonderful experience we had yesterday with Pat B when ordering carpet for our home. He was so personable and was such a joy. Paul was also great both knew what was going on and took care of us.
Never again will I go to the Blaine Lowes. No help to be found and after searching to find someone, they don't even want to help you! AMBER in the paint department was rude and when we asked her if the store carried two other items we were looking for, she just said they do not carry the product instead of asking another employee to help us.
