Worse customer service ever.
Terrible customer service! I asked 3 employees where t-posts were. After going all over the store, the last employee I asked said they are out in the garden area but good luck shopping out there as there were pallets of product blocking all the isles. Really? I said fine, I'll go to Menards. He said ok. I stopped at the customer service counter to let them know about the "good luck shopping" remark and the woman in customer service didn't seem to care either. Done with Lowes!!!!
You are my favorite home improvement store, but I’m starting to think I need to start shopping somewhere else. I’m still waiting to have my washer to be delivered today. My delivery window was from 12-4 and I’m still waiting, it’s currently 6:34 p.m. I had Lowes deliver a riding lawn mower at the start of the summer and that delivery was 2 1/2 hours late.
Incredibly disappointed in the service at 2 Lowe's tonight. We researched a new water softener, found what we wanted at a great price. went to the Maple Grove location and not only was it $60 higher in price, it wasn't in stock. Fine. Located it online at a nearby store. Purchased online to ensure we would get it tonight. Husband drove across town, arrived for pickup and nope- NOT AT THE STORE. Customer service? So I am getting painting supplies and I am checking out. The gentlemen at the door Dan looked at my items and realized I had the wrong paint tray liner to my paint tray. He went back and grabbed the right one for my project. He saved me so much trouble without coming back to the store or spilling paint. Really awesome customer service! Thanks Dan!
