I'm done giving this place chances. Employees seem less than interested in helping. Sent me on a wild goose chase all over the store only to find they didn't carry the item I was looking for. And good luck tracking down an employee not too engaged in a conversation with each other who's willing to give you the time of day. Is there no managers at this location?
I had a great experience at this Lowe's yesterday. In fact I have had many great experiences there. Yesterday one of the associates in tools helped me solve a problem for a LOT less money. I appreciated that. I now will go back and spend my money on other things there instead...and I am going to try to find that guy to help me!!

I just witnessed the worst customer service I have ever seen. The lady in front of me spent good money and asked for help with carrying her purchases which were large and heavy. She was told she could make a couple of trips if she wanted. I will never spend money in that store again. I think I'll be returning the products I bought there tonight and go to Menards. Without customers there is no business.
Dennis, the service manager, was extremely knowledgeable about my bathroom remodel options. He even walked me to certain area experts to get my questions answered. He was friendly and extremely helpful. The store is not in my immediate area, but because of this service I would definitely drive to go here again. This is much better service than I've experienced at Home Depot or Menards where no one is ever available.
My carpet purchase and install went great. Plus all my deliveries and those purchases went like clock work
Everybody that works there is a rockstar, fantastic! :-)
Customer service was absolutely terrible the guy didn't know what he was talking about and couldn't get anybody to help me that did never going back here again.
