We ordered all our kitchen appliances from Lowes (CR & Blaine), and are very satisfied with our purchases, warranty coverage and customer service. From Jill at the CR location investing time & effort into making sure I got the right dishwasher to, Annette at the Blaine location who listened to me and made sure to correct an expensive error. Both individuals and many others had amazing customer service! Thank you!
Terrible service. We ordered $3400 worth of boards on 10/13/19 and were promised delivery FOUR different times. It’s now 11/25/19 and they JUST told my husband they “don’t have an ETA for delivery.” We cancelled our order and asked for a refund...we paid cash and now they can’t figure out a way to get us our money back!! We even called corporate who “referred our issue back to the store.” What does it take to a) get our product or just be honest about delivery, and b) get our money back?!?! Lowells out right lied! They have been Promising us that our order would be here since October 9. We have ordered over $4000 with the flooring and they keep telling us it’s here when it’s not we have driven miles to pick it up twice now and it’s now they’re saying it won’t be here till next week.
