Great selection, management team Is excellent and very friendly. I shop here all the time since buying my home! Also, store is very clean and well organized!
Very unhappy, I was there numerous times and needed assistance in lighting . No employee to be found anywhere! Service desk paged nothing . Told me they didn't have anyone. Then last week and tonight went to order shades and window coverings. No one there to help. Kept going to service desk , no one there to work in that area. I am among several Milford residents who are most unhappy with Lowes store. My experience several months ago with the lack of (1) assistance and (2) not finding what I wanted to buy. The crowning blow was when I was told the Supervisor was at lunch and no one else could assist me. I then went to Home Depot where several sales people helped me and I bought what I was looking for. Right now I am not a happy customer! Purchased a washer and dryer on Sunday been waiting all day for delivery. Not good customer service.
Your phone is off the hook - I have been trying to call all morning! Since this is supposed to be a review - I love Lowes but wish they would pick up the phone!
Delivery fuel pellets quick response to the back door -5 outside great staff fast off load. Great communication thank for off loading on Saturday I know you guys need these wood pellets :) :)
