I had to get a snow brush due to the weather yesterday I and as soon as I walked in the door I was approached by a salesman who brought me right to them!! He explained the different ones and prices. Very happy with courtesy and paid at register with an extremely friendly cashier. Made my morning great!!😊👍🏻
I called about having my dryer fixed they set up an appointment for two days from now. I took time off from work and the day before they were supposed to be coming out the company they were sending call me and Sid the the appointment they gave me was unavailable. They said it would be two weeks before they could get someone out. I called Lowe's back and the guy refused to help me. I will never buy another appliances from Lowe's. Just had a terrible experience in this location of Lowes . I just purchased 15 poinsettias and not one person asked to help me to my car. I asked the woman at the checkout if she could call someone to help me and she said she couldn't leave. I asked her if she could help me to get some boxes to make it easier to carry out and she finally made a call but apparently no boxes in all of lowes. Very unprofessional delivery service department. Very impolite, rude and obnoxious, even when they keep deferring delivery without remorse or valid excuses. I'll never again buy online from them. Home Depot or Amazon run a better service.

They stepped forth to help us with badly needed items for Jesse JHop Hardy's annual Feed the Homeless and the Community Cook Out on September 24. I'm standing here trying to get a shade cut.... my third visit....the guy is swearing up a storm. Can't seem to cut the darn thing! Dept head walks by on cell phone..guy tells her what's wrong and she says" I know " and walks away. Ugh. Not happy at all

I was in there Friday checking out at the you scan and the older male worker said to his coworker ( who was speaking Spanish ) to speak English cause this is America and if she wants to speak her language to go back to her country. Bought and used their installation of garage doors and it was a nightmare...would not recommend anyone doing it....
