Love the quality, variety of items and the prices...
Placed an order for pickup on 4-28. Received the email 4-28 starting order was ready. My husband went to pick up the order this morning 4-30 and was told it wasn’t ready. Got an email about a half hour ago stating the order was picked up and it was great to see you. Try as I may the store does not answer the phone. Sorry the stores not that busy. I could go on but why. Just frustrated agin with the mistakes made by Lowe’s. Now I’m being charged for something I NEVER received !
Walked in store to grab a few things. Went to get rung up and nothing but self check out w an employee standing there monitoring. I don’t work for Lowe’s you offer me no discount to do your employees work. I will never spend another dime there and BTW I own a home and 2 businesses and have spend 10’s of thousands between the 3 of them at Lowe’s in the last few years. Bought a dishwasher, a fridge, and a stove from the crew at Lowe’s. They were beyond helpful, went way out of their way to make sure we were accommodated. That being said, the contractors they use to install said dishwasher were terrible. Installer kinked the drain hose on install, and then upon 2nd visit tried using a clamp to “fix” the kink, all while lying and saying the hose couldn’t be replaced, but that the whole unit would have to be replaced. Don’t use their installers for your future dishwasher purchase!

Excellent experience fast
Spent $4500 on appliances in April. Microwave crapped out and they want to send a vendor to fix it . No replacement. Vendor cancels appointment after I take a day off from work. Lowe’s was so apologetic they offered a $25 gift card for my troubles. How about replacing the microwave and keep your $25 gift card. Home Depot will get my future business
I ordered corner shelf tiles for my bathroom on may 26. They were supposed to come to the store June 12. Today is June 18th. No tiles and they could not even track my order. But of order they charged my card at the time I placed order
