My husband &I went to 2 different Home Depots then Walmart to find window blinds for our 1954 kitchen door that has 3 windows—Anyway Lowe’s had what we wanted, such a pleasant store OMG COMPARED TO THE OTHER 3 -there’s no comparison LOWE’S is #1 in our world!!!!
Dear Lowe’s how do you sell merchandise that someone has already paid for? How do you allow your cashiers to dismiss it and take no responsibility? Sorry would have been nice from her? Whatever happened to customer service? Where is management?
If you have to order something - forget about it. 6 months for a refrigerator, still working it, still waiting for microwave for 3 months!!
