I would give zero stars if I could! Totally inept workers! Always a nightmare to shop here. Also, charged me for an item and said it was picked up and I never picked it up. Called to rectify and got someone who couldn't bother to help and transferred me to someone who said they would look into it but then hung up on me!
Our experience left a lot to be desired but the Manager from the Norwalk store who's name was Sam went above and beyond to help straighten out all the problems we had! She was amazing! Thanks Sam!

Took less than 1 year from opening but they managed to be like Home Depot down the street. Out of stocks, no sales Assistance. Congrats!
Ordered online Mon for delivery. Was supposed to get a call within 24 hours - no call. Called on Weds, told I would receive delivery scheduling Weds evening - no call. Called Thurs about 8:30 - kept getting put on hold and lost. Called corporate - they couldn't find anyone. Kept calling - finally got someone who said they would call back in 30 minutes. An hour later - no call. Supposedly will get delivery sometime today but nobody can confirm if it's on the truck nor what time it will be delivered. NEVER EVER EVER AGAIN USIN... read more
We ordered a door. After 3 attempts to get help at the millwork desk and having to leave after waiting half an Hour with no assistance. The door arrived after a month and no one called me. I followed up and the door was at the store. We paid $400 extra to have the door painted at the factory as we were promised this was the best paint job the door could get.
