Trying right now to call for a tool rental. No answer in the rentals dept. Now trying to reach someone in customer service. Phone has been ringing for almost 10 min. No answer. Terrible.

There is so much bad going on in the world and I wanted to shine some light on some good. Eddie at Lowe's Home Improvement ran over to my car with plastic to cover my seats and loaded my 6 bags of mulch into my car. He asked how I was coping and we chatted about the Yankees. It’s such a small thing, but he was so friendly and kind that I wanted to hug him. I told him he made my day and he said the same to me. I think we both just needed the kindness. Go easy on our essential workers. Give Eddie a bonus!!
Lowe's canceled a $3,200 order once - i placed it again ...big mistake they will not answer a phone - no customer service. they pick up the phone and put it on the counter ... then hang up on you - trying to reach them to get this order delivered for over a week of this nightmare. PLEASE SHOP ELSEWHERE
Customer service is horrendous! Save yourself a headache and go anywhere else.
Delivery service is non existent and they don’t answer at the store to straighten out the problem . Will have to cancel the order.
Visit this lowe’s location that is never my home frequently. 80% of the time there’s one register open with no self checkouts. Went this past Monday Black Friday shopping week two registers open lines are 10 people deep with not one self check out open!! Left and went to Home Depot they just re- designed the checkout area With many self checkouts not one line anywhere. Get it together Lowe’s just unacceptable during holiday season have two registers open..
This store is slowly but surely going downhill. When it first opened their customer service was great. Now every person you ask for help from are so disinterested that I ended up leaving the store without buying anything. What a shame.
