DO NOT PURCHASE A FENCE THROUGH LOWES. Lowes Norwalk Customer Service is terrible. For anyone that knows us, you know that we spend a lot of time purchasing in stores like this but I have not been here since they opened because of seriously bad customer service. I decided to give them another try yesterday. Big mistake. Same bad service at the Customer Service desk.
No customer service anywhere
What terrible customer service! Went to get a quote for blinds. The woman helping me was obviously in training so I patiently waited as she asked her colleague what to do each step of the way. After 20 mins of her asking “what do I do now”? I had enough. He should have been walking her through the process- saving us all time and frustration. I thanked her for her time and left. I’ll take my business elsewhere where it’ll be valued.
I'm self employed and took an entire day off work to wait for something to be delivered-- then found out at 3:30pm that it won't be delivered today (no explanation as to why). The company they use for deliveries said they went to pick it up and it wasn't there. Lowe's was supposed to notify me and never did. I'm still waiting for a call back to learn what happened.
