I was walking through Lowes in Norwalk, CT today. I really enjoyed looking at all the products you have for Halloween, Thanksgiving, and Christmas. I was shocked and disappointed to not see any Channukah decorations. I was looking for a Channukah house projector. You had about 30 for Halloween and Christmas, and sadly none for the Festival of Lights.
Horrible company and horrible satellite location. They took our money but have yet to deliver the product! Day 12 no refrigerator! Not sure how they can stay in business by defrauding the public. No one in store helping us.
Norwalk Store is Worst around Fairfield County. You must serve yourself. Very arrogant people, Never come back. Paul
This store continually fails its customer's. I've called this store no less than 10 times to procure a delivery date and the calls go unanswered. In spite of taking a day off from work to wait delivery, it never arrived. When I called, I was met with a variety of excuses and no answers to my questions. Find another store-this one is full of inept and clueless individuals posing as managers and customer service reps!!!
My order was botched twice. Items in stock then not, then back in. Automated calls. Terrible service and rude Norwalk manger. Will never purchase kitchen appliances there again. I can only imagine how the rest of this will go and I didn't even get my items delivered yet.
I love our Lowe's - good service & great people. There are employees roaming the parking lot to help you load. What a great thing to have!! No complaints.
I brought a oven from Lowe's and the originally delivery was scheduled 2 -4 pm. The oven did not get deliveried until 9:30pm. The next day, one of my neighbors called the cops on me because the delivery guys brought the old range next door and left it in there driveway. If this is how they conduct business this is awful. It is day two and the range is still there.
