Bought a Clothes washer and requested home delivery. Scheduled a Tuesday morning delivery, they stated it would be between 8 am and noon. Visited the store to inquire about the delivery, and explained that I work a night shift and could they please make my delivery as early as possible on Tuesday. I received a call at 10:33 stating that they are running a little behind and one more delivery before mine. Hows that for customer service!!!!!!
I just bought a "major appliance" with the help of a young man named Dayne. He was helpful and very personable. Lowe's needs to give that kid a big raise, bonus or at least a "job well done!"
Just got treated like a thief at Kokomo Lowes. I had employees constantly buzzing around me "checking on me". I had to have my bag checked as well as a manager (?) followed me out the door. I'm in this store 2 to 3 times a week and have been for about 8 years. They told me it was normal procedure. Normal procedure at Menard's sure don't make ya feel like a thief. *** And yes, I took everything back and returned it for a refund.***
