I was traveling from Michigan to Florida and stopped in to pick up a Buddy heater an some 1# propane tanks. When I told them I planned on parking overnight at Walmart I was told by the manager that I could park my RV at the end of the lot if I wish. It was not only a safe a pleasant place to rest, I was also able to purchase my heater, several 1# cans of propane, and AA batteries at a 10% veterans discount off a very good price. No wonder I love Lowe's
Very unprofessional employees, customer service was horrible. I wouldnt even give 1 star
As many of you probably know we had a very close call a few weeks ago when our dryer caught fire. I fixed the dryer as best as I could by replacing melted wires and cleaning everything real good. However the dryer smells like burning electronics whenever we try to use it and it also seems that the heating element is no longer functional. The customer Service rep in appliance was very helpful. He even helped me load items in my car. Although, some of Lowes staff need to work harder on their customer service skills. The experience in check out was not positive.
I want to thank Lowes for my stove and refrigerator today. The two gentlemen that delivered it was the best. They were very polite and respectful. It was pouring down rain and they waited in the truck for it to stop. They didn't want to get my appliances wet. That was so thoughtful of them and I appreciated it. Thank you for everything.

We always love stopping in at Lowe's Kokomo Indiana. Even if we don't need anything. The service we receive has always been fantastic. Someone will ask if we need any help. Usually more then one. Thanks to a great Teamwork Team. Great job Team
