My parents were having their house remodel spent over 50,000 -30,000 thousand dollars it’s been over a year since they paid and they just started working on the house the end of August and we were shorted a window and they just put siding over the window. We are supposed to talk to the president and someone is supposed to come out to view then house because they have done some of the work but it looks messed up the siding that was done and the spot that there is suppose to be a window.

Elijah was a God send there! He was the only employee that offered to help me and went above and beyond. Several employees passed by talking to each other but he dropped what he was doing and came over and asked if I needed help. These kind of employees are rare these days!!!
I want to thank Lowe's service call center and the employee's in the Kokomo, Ind. store for helping me solve my refrigerator issue. A & E Service was not cooperating with getting my warranty repair done, so Lowe's did a buy back. I got a new refrigerator and cash back for the difference in cost from them. Very happy with the help from Lowe's in Kokomo. WOULD NOT recommend A & E Service to anyone!!! Thanks much Lowe's in Kokomo!!!
We ended up leaving because we couldn't get any help. The employees swarmed is when we didnt need help but when we did they were scarce. Went to Menards and foind exactly what we were looking for.
Wish I could find a material cart whenever I shop your store. The parking lot is absolutely full of them and the girl at the register just tells me she can't go get them because she has to watch the register. Are you sure she's qualified to do even that? I shop there every day. This is my first comment on your page because I'm just tired of it. I know you don't care but man....can't hardly get up and down the aisles because they're full of appliances, more than half the time I can't find a cart...glad I get a military discou... read more
