Put additional people on the service desk. Have one person whose only job is to answer the phone. Do not put customer paid pickup orders in areas where customers can pick off those carts. Or at least shrink wrap them to avoid theft. Have some on in that customer pickup area to notify customers when the order is ready because customers are not being told via any form of communication yet employees at the stores know the orders are sitting on carts in the store. I ordered tile 11 boxes 15th of January was told 5-7 days when ordered then it went 7-10 days now 14 days out tile ??? It was paid on day of order have called put on hold transferred put on hold this will be the last time for Lowes
for the washer and dryer I wanted, they had the best price, delivery schedule, and product knowledge.
I had a great experience today at the front desk. Kristy B. helped me with a rebate I was having a problem getting. She spent a lot of time on the phone with the rebate person. I wanted to do the survey and give her the highest ratings but it wouldn't let me because it had been too long since the purchase date to let me comment.
This has to be one of the worst stores I have seen. Poor management.
2.5 weeks for a local delivery of in stock items..... someone over there should be ashamed of themselves
