Customer service sucks no call back from managers...no delivery when stated missed delivery window next day lost all 3 items...found items a day later...was supposed to get delivery today...oh wait we didn't load your dryer....#lowesyousuck
They carry a better brand of pipe insulation than Home Depot
Spent two hours trying to find a washer and dryer and to no avail we weren't successful! None in stock and calling other Lowes was useless as no one who answered the phone wanted to help us. Left angry and bought our washer and dryer at Best Buy...same model but better price!
Worst place ever sold us a scratched up tractor over and hour in store to return and have a new one delivered. Horrible

Not only shop there, work there awesome. Great people to work with.
I was just at this location and witnessed a theft. The employees just stood there and did nothing. Luckily the guy dropped what he had when I yelled at him. I even got him to walk back into the store and the staff didn't say anything to him. He then turned and ran off and they just reset the alarm. Kind of baffled by this.
