Go to pick up an online order, customer service sends me to the pro desk who can’t find my order for 20 minutes and then eventually just gave up and sent me back to the customer service desk to cancel the order...this happens regularly place is a joke

I will NEVER use LOWE's again. I ordered a shed online, on May 21st 2020, to deliver to my house. They give me a June 17th delivery date. Okay COVID. On June 18th I call and ask where my stuff it. They tell me it says out for delivery and that I need to wait 30 days from order date to put in a claim. I call back on the 22nd, they tell me that I have to contact the trucking company directly to find it, since they say it delivered. RecommendedI recently purchased a grill from South Nashua DW Highway and it was delivered this morning. Everything went smooth but I noticed the sear burner ceramic was broken. I removed the burner and brought to Lowe’s South Nashua. I explained the situation and see if I could phone in a favor. There was no delay and they took care of me right away. Completely above and beyond on this. For that I am grateful and wanted to say thank you to everyone who made it happen.
They have screwed up my order over a half dozen times now. You think when you spend over $11,000.00 with a company that they care not this Lowe's. I have spent over 12 hours last week dealing with them and already this morning on hold for 45 minutes and no one came back I called back and was put on hold no greeting WTF!!!! I placed an order online, the store advertises curbside pick up however when we arrived at the store we waited for a 15 minutes nobody answered the phone then I had to go into the store wait another 25 minutes in line, in a packed store and it took another 15 minutes for the product to come out. Not contactless shopping at all. They shouldn't be offering a service if they can't fulfill it.
The store in Nashua should give an employee discount if you are not going to have a single register open. We are doing more work than the employee standing there watching us ring ourselves out! Ridiculous! 2nd time this has happened in 1 month. Go to Home Depot. At least they have registers open!
I just returned from this Lowe’s location where we did not receive our deposit back on a carpet cleaner we rented. After rigorously cleaning the inside of the tank, both emptying the water and wiping out all grime, the kid working the customer service desk tells me there is too much dust on the bottom and that they’ll need to keep our deposit.
