we bought a new under the counter washer. we paid to set it up and take the old one the set up never happened we had to hire an electrician. we purchase at Lowrs and Home Depot about 10,000 this year alone. more at Lowes but from now on we only shop at Home Depot. everyone I know knows what a terrible experience we had. I know I'm one person but you lost me and I have a ton of friends on facebook and in life. this experience took us by surprise. very disappointed.
.5 Stars . Yes, that is 1/2 a star. Walked around the appliance section over for 15 minutes, couldn’t get anyone to help me. The only person in the department had his nose buried in a spreadsheet. What a Waste of a trip. I am going to a local appliance store so that I can find someone interested in helping me make an important purchase.
I should have read these reviews before hand! If your looking for appliances go to home depot, don't walk, RUN out of there!! 1 month waiting for a fridge and it comes damaged, sent it back and they give me a minimum of another 2 weeks wait time. No thanks! Call corporate and not one fuck given! What a mess. What happened to customer service? $5,000 life lesson in the books!
never buy appliances from these guys. Delivery service is a joke
WOW. So my parents order a washer and dryer. No one shows up after everything is unhooked and they have been waiting. Lowe’s customer service gives them a number to call because it’s a third part that delivers(really?) then that third party can’t locate the driver. I decided to read the reviews on the website and apparently this sort of thing happens all the time and people have had to wait weeks. Corporate thinks that this is ok?? Save yourself the hassle and go to Home Depot!
We have had nothing but issues from day one with getting our appliances either delivered or installed by Lowe's. This will be the very last time we ever have anything to do with them. Once the dishwasher and stove get delivered and installed we will never say the word Lowe's again. I highly recommend that you find another place to get your appliances. This place is a joke.
Unbelievably horrible experience. DO not come to pick their damaged appliance for over 2 months now. Wont acknowledge the issue and need to improve their operational and customer service systems.
Pick up your phone, there are people you said you would contact back then you never respond to them.
