I don't even want to give Lowe's 1 star but I have no other option. I will NEVER buy anything at Lowe's ever again. Just moved to a new house and spent about $7000 on appliances, fridge, stove, hood, dishwasher, washer and dryer..the $7000 includes all the installation and extended warranty costs... all the kitchen appliances are Whirlpool brand. The just under 3 month old fridge already doesn't work and is still under manufacturer's warranty and after calling Lowe's for a service appt, I find out that NO ONE services my are... read more
Saturday of Labor Day weekend and only one cashier on duty and no manager available. Stay away from this store.
I am usually a HUGE fan of Lowe's and shop almost exclusively at their stores unless there is something brand specific at Home Depot (Milwaukee). Most of the time I'm at this specific store (south Nashua), I regret not driving the extra 5 minutes to the Amherst store. Wanted to ask a few questions about weed whackers and clearly was bothering the man working in that department. My 4 year old in his Superman shirt and cape couldn't even get this guy to smile. Maybe I should give Home Depot another chance.
My dad bought a stove and a hood here very good installment on the stove but the hood has been a month without any installment the guy has tried to come to install it but lowes never gave him the hood so he went to lowes and waited a hour just to send him away with no hood my dad just went into lowes and waited another hour before getting the hood no store credit no apologizing for the inconvenience. Nope..Milorganite was not in GC2 Bay 9 in south Nashua store.
This store does not answer their phones! Ever! Have called 3x to check on a delivery. No line answers from operator to any dept. I literally chose each selection just to see if anyone picked up! I finally did speak with someone four days ago and he promised to check my order and call me back. Guess what? He didn't call back. Just called again and after fifteen minutes of ringing phones gave up. Shame on this store! Get it together. I'm going to let corp know. If they care.....
