They were so fu k up they screw up are Easter. Order a Webber gen 410 it be here Saturday went in to find out it won't be here till May 15 but sir we call you twice dumb shits had some other number pissed me off got are money back and order it at Home Depot Dumb shit I'll never buy again and we bought washer and dryer , refrigerator never again. You know the sad part they don't care either.
Great customer service . From entering the store to our delivery . Prices are unbeatable.
The customer service is horrible. I spent two weeks with multiple contacts over that time trying to schedule an installation on an appliance I had purchased. During this time, the situation was explained to five different individuals and no initiative was show in assisting in the scheduling. I received a refund and went to Home Depot. I had a new appliance and a time set for installation in about ten minutes. I have read the other negative reviews and would say they seem consistent with what I have observed.
This is the craziest thing that I have ever herd being blocked from a return. I have never been blocked from spending my money in lowes ! Sorry you don't always keep a damn receipt when you work and have 2 jobs and a life! Lowes in Folsom sucks. I will spend my money elsewhere. Jon the manager was ok. But Brenda needs a personality check at the front end. I will deal with lowes company on Monday and just maybe the manger Ramon will want to address his staff. 0 tolerance for being treated like a criminal when I work so hard. ... read more
