Worst customer experience of my life. Bought a house and renovated the kitchen ordered appliances with project plan in mind. Appliances kept getting delayed- 3 updated ETA with no explanation. Can’t cut out countertops without appliances has cost me $1500 in additional expenses with contractor due to new installation dates. Tried calling 6 different departments, including the "operator" 3x at 11am on a Thursday... not one answer. Don't answer phones...lose sales...it's that easy.
The plumbing folks are exceptionally good.
Honestly this stores customer service used to suck. For this reason I’ve found myself going to Home Depot. The last couple years they’ve won me over. Some people have no idea what they’re talking about, but at least they’re nice and most of the time ask if you need help. We’ve remodeled our kitchen at this store and Jeanette has been awesome!!! Anyway best deal on halogen lights around, even better than Amazon. 🤘🏼
Window installed sales. Run. Run very far from Lowe’s
By checking your cash for counterfeit before giving it to your customer. I return an item yesterday and took the cash. 3 ten dollars bills. I tried using them today and the person ripped them up in front of me. Your Customer Service Manager said I'm out of luck. Funny how you check for counterfeit when you receive cash, but not when you give it out!
ABSOLUTE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!!!!! WE WILL NEVER STEP FOOT IN A LOWES AGAIN. HELLO HOME DEPOT.
First time ever writing on a businesses page complaining but here it goes. Well folks, don't shop Folsom Lowes if you want timely deliveries and good customer service. We've had bad experiences in the past but decided to give them another chance and they failed us yet again. My husband and I will not be shopping at Lowes any more and will be sure to share our experiences with friends and family to hopefully avoid them the same headache. If you must shop there, shop with patience and be prepared for delays and rude employees.
