Lowes really sucks lately, they won’t even answer their phones.What a waste!
Dear Lowes, your delivery service is the most unhelpful service ever! We purchased a washer on Thursday night. We called the store it was coming from on Friday morning. After numerous calls to the store that just rang and rang with no answer, when we finally got a person we were told there was nothing they could do at the store level as far as helping with a delivery time. worst customer service. Asked 2 employees today if I could purchase a lot of bags of bark and then drive through the outdoor loading area to pick up. both employees said I could. once I purchased, another employee said the store manager decided this morning that the outdoor loading area isn't open today so I will have to load them myself from the back of the store. no offer of help given from the 3 employees standing there. pitiful.

Walked into the Folsom store so excited to renovate my kitchen after 24 years. Counters, tile backsplash, cabinets refinishing, lighting, sink/faucet and finally flooring. Neither if the two employees in the kitchen design so much as looked up and made eye contact. We spent about 15 minutes walking around and then left. Home Depot gets all my business.

My online pickup experience at the Folsom store was horrible yesterday. Long story short: not only did it take over 30 minutes but the man at the online counter was rude and short tempered. Even muttering that I’d be better off buying a truck instead of the stackable chairs. I had to suggest a way to get them to fit, which they did with no problem! Honestly, shouldn’t have to deal with an employee’s bad mood, let alone put up with poor customer service. Hopefully it was an aberration and not the norm.
