Thanks for making my 34 week pregnant self walk all through the cabinet/appliance section for 20 minutes waiting for help or even to be acknowledged. I was looked at and passed by at least 12 employees. They didn't smile or even come remotely close to asking if I needed help. My boyfriend ended up having to lift the heavy cabinets on his own and lining them up on the floor since nobody wanted to help out and answer our questions. Its okay. At least Home Depot will try to help any way they can.

Well Lowes , I will no longer shop there , What you did to many Employees this week end was wrong , No phone call no respect shown to them at all . You let them get up travel to work and be there on time at 6 am to find out their lockers were cleaned out . Now we understand why some emploees don't care rather they do there jobs while on duty or not

The folks at Lowe's have always been friendly and helpful. This morning, when I was getting some work gloves to add to a load of supplies we are sending to the people rebuilding in Gatlingburg, TN, Susan, the associate in that area was very helpful. Her efforts and attention are appreciated. Thank you, Susan.

Having the hardest time with the flooring department. Keep getting the run around on when I will and won't get a phone call about when my carpet when will be installed. A carpet thats done been cut & paid for. I get the run around when I call, come to find out the store never sent my info off to their contractors so I'd recieve the call. Fully understand they are busy and it may or may not be a while before they can get to my work but a phone call to tell me something would be helpful!

Need to get employees that know what they're doing - along with more employees for department. Tired of waiting an hour plus each time we go in if we need help employees standing there running their mouths or they have no clue what your talking about when they do help you. Only a few employees in there belong working in there. Great store - poor customer service!

I purchased a lawn mower from this location with a 3 year manufacturer's warranty. After 1 year the engine seized up and I returned it to the store. The customer service department took care of shipping off the mower for repair but it was returned uncorrected. Even though the manufacturer was unwilling to stand by their own warranty, the store manager went farther than he had to in order to make it right.
