This has the been the worst service I have ever experienced. This has been a absolutely terrible.We ordered a washer and dryer from Lowes July 4th weekend. Sorry excuse for a lowes store! My husband and I were waiting for over 30 minutes for someone to help us get a storage rack down from the very top of the racking. They paged someone 3 times and no one ever showed! I literally chased two employees down and tried to get someone to help to have them just completely ignore and walk away from me! Absolute horrible customer service and employees!!
Talked to 3 different people on the phone and each one told me a different thing. Wasted 40 minutes of my time
Too many customers not wearing masks. Employees not wearing masks or not wearing them correctly. This has gone on for months. Our community is a hot spot for the state and they don’t make any attempt to encourage shoppers or their employees to wear a mask. This is required by our governor and city mayor. Setting a poor example and not serving the community well.
RecommendedI go to Lowe's three to four times a week Everytime I go if I can't find something I ask the closes person working there and they take me right to it I have never had a time will I have been there and left saying I won't be coming back here I have at home depot there no one there that will help you the last time I went by there you had to stand in line just to go in I have never had to wait on anything at Lowe's Lowe's is my store to go to and it will always be so if you reading this hop in your car and go check them out
I went to the Harrisonburg store to buy an air conditioner. Once I found the model I wanted, I went to customer service to ask for someone to get it off the self for me(it was on the top self). The customer service rep paged for assistance three times over an HOUR and no one came. I then asked to speak to the manager who eventually got the unit I wanted down. Posted on this Ladies FB page - terrible service from Lowes of Seneca, SC...and it is advertised next day delivery!! Glenda Pitts Thurs 6/28 I will never shop at the Lowes in Seneca again. Their sign says if an item is in-stock they will deliver the next day, that is a lie. We ordered a washing machine 9 days ago and it was suppose to be delivered today. We had not heard from them so we called, we were not on the schedule for today. We were on the schedule for next Tuesday. I am so mad.
