Never have any trouble here. Some of the department associates could be a little more knowledgeable, but overall if you need it they have it
We have pretty much worked on most rooms of our home, upgrading it and have used Lowes products and services. I have amazing pics of before and after if you would like to show them. Thanks Lowes for your wonderful products AND our military discount!
Stood outside in 30 degree weather for 20 minutes waiting for someone to help us load 12ft drywall onto a truck. We asked for help at the register when we checked out, then my fiance went back inside to ask for help again after waiting 10 minutes. Waited 10 more minutes for someone to come outside and nothing. Will not be shopping here again.
TWO HOURS wasted waiting (trying) to buy a refrigerator, without once being acknowledged by an associate. I'll GLADLY spend more elsewhere. Never again.
Worst place ever to go to buy anything I asked the man in plumbing to show me where to get what I needed he said hes not a plumber you should hire one
By far the worst lowes I have ever been to. Always have a problem getting my orders in. Always takes forever to get any help. God forbid you need help finding an item. Ive had them call and tell me appliances are in the store and i get there and they are no where to be found. I spend well over 100,000 a year in this store you would think they could get their crap tovether avoid at all costs!
Nobody ever wants to help you. If you ask for help you end up with a vague response, or they have to get 6 other people who still don't know what aisle somethings on. People walk past you constantly and never greet you, smile at you and most of the time if you can find someone to ask a question, they act like you're a bother to them. Bought a brand new side by side fridge 0 like i was told...they replace the hing and was okay sir...na still not right so he went and got the door of another fridge and put it on...look alot better. But not right...he messed with some more then blammed it on my floor i amd said that how the fridge is...i was done messing with these worthless people...signed some papers and he left...then i fixed it ...took me 15 min...im guessing its a 3 party and not lowes but i still wont use them again...got alot of work im doing to the h... read more
