Just had the BEST experience. Wandered around a bit lugging my 5month old baby in a car seat and had the hardest time finding Shop Vacs. Found an employee pretty quickly, a super friendly girl with some awesome blue and Teal hair, and she lead me right to them! I knew the one I wanted but needed to find a cart. Made my way back up to the front and upon seeing the shopping cart, quickly realized the baby in the car seat and the shop vac would not BOTH fit in the cart. Tigard OR store is a very convenient location and store team are the best. Great service on my last 5 orders.
Went in yesterday to purchase in stock carpet. The salesman warned it would take 6-8 weeks for the install. I asked about the 72 hour guarantee, he said they could find a way around it. Maybe an attorney can explain to Lowe's what a 72 hour guarantee really is. Terrible service at its finest.
So disappointed in Lowe's in regards to purchasing carpet, and actually getting what we paid for in a timely fashion. We won't ever purchase from them again and would not recommend them to anyone.
What's not to like? Go and see for yourself. I not only deliver product to their stores, I find every thing I need for my home projects. They have it all from simple to extravagant. Whether your a diy- er or contractor. Their customer service is exemplary.
Although my son and I were unable to attend today's workshop, your staff was very generous in providing a Build & Grow kit afterwards. It was quite kind.
