HORRIBLE customer service. Waited 30 mins for help and never had one person help. This is very consistent.
I have stayed quiet about this and tried to handle this through our local store but since they have dropped the ball so often I am just over it. We ordered a double wall oven which was delivered 12 days after the order. The delivery people did not check it, basically dropped the box and ran. When we opened it the oven was severely damaged. Employee mike laflin that is in garden was amazing!
Disinterested service and poor selection. Directed to the wrong aisle twice by different people who barely looked up from their computers. I walked out without buying and went to Home Depot.
I would give zero stars if available. Horrible, lazy, cranky associates and customer service. Only go if you have a few hours to kill for something that should take 10 minutes. Also if you like being talked to like you are a total bother.
What turned out to be an all day job to make some out painted pajamas you taking about 3 minutes per gallon having to run to another store for one of the items
