March 23, 2020 Lowe's store in Tigard Oregon is completely out of cleaning supplies to purchase. Employees report the store's own cleaning supplies are exhausted and NOT restocked so sanitation is not happening. The only customers coming in during this Pandemic arre dividuals with cabin fever who are purchasing paint and craft supplies. Lowe's should be controlling who is admitted and what is being purchased by customers. Necessities only for repairs.
Need much better customer service.
Haley, the customer “NO” service associate at TIGARD location has the worst attitude and demeanor I have ever witnessed and experienced in my entire life. Her lack of professionalism and empathy is beyond discription at this point. Please be ready and aware just in case you have to deal with her.
Always helpful staff and convenient location
Just got home from here, had the Dewalt Mower at the Cashier, went to use the Veterans Discount, we were in the system, but could NOT get the discount without being verifies...,needed the discharge date????WTF he has PTSD and this didn't go over well, he had his PICTURE veterans ID, but NO discharge date.....I have a small RV park full of Vet's and not only do none of them know this (without looking at their DD214) but we ALL won't be coming back The discount was not the issue the policy was!
