Way to disappoint little kids during COVID Christmas Lowe’s! Here is a picture of my registration for the kids holiday train kit. It’s 2:20pm and I just stopped in to pick up two and was told they were gone! Bah Humbug

every time i end up at lowes i end up waiting for hours for the incompetent employees to figure out how to do their basic job of locating supplies.
ordered something to pick up curbside, at TIGARD. it wasnt there, said they would email me when ready, 2 days later, it was ready at Delta Park Lowes. I specifically ordered it for pickup at tigard., as I live 2 blocks away. Cancelled order. just alot of stupid run around.
My spouse just purchased a brand new washer and dryer. I waited all day and did not work. The “delivery “ team did not connect them correctly. The dryer DOES NOT work. Not connected properly! Called. Emailed. No response. We purchased what consumer reports stated to be the best Washer n Dryer! Close to 2K. IT DOES NOT WORK! Calling corporate. I will also connect with BBB for a rating. I’ve tried to connect directly. No response from the so call management. I will now move it up the chains. Don’t buy here. .
Online order with curbside pickup is not effective. No one answers the phone (tried six times), took day and a half to prepare one item for pickup, and when no one would come to the car I went in to see a pickup line over 20 people long. Don’t do online pickup or curbside, it doesn’t work.
Ordered a refrigerator online during a sale to be fulfilled by this local store. Delivery Day! Order is "cancelled"... what? Try to get someone online, nothing. Call the store 5 TIMES, no answer. No notifying e-mail that my order was cancelled or any explanation why. Thanks for wasting a *week of my time* when I could have ordered this anywhere else.
Customer Care needs to answer the phone!!!
No curbside pickup service available for online orders as advertised in parking lot with well over 10 spaces for that EXACT purpose. No one answers the pickup phone line and many of us drove away with no order or ended up going inside and waiting in line for half an hour to get our orders. Lady running the customer service desk is rude and full of excuses as to why no one is answering the curbside phone extension.
