The customer service is consistently poor. Employees are rude and do not have information. We have waiting over an hour every time we have gone to pick up an order we have placed. We have spent at least $6000 there in the last 6 months and every time we go into the store it is a terrible experience. We will not be shopping here anymore!
Lowes it's big selection and product is very good
The worst. The portable AC we purchased from Lowe's broke just a couple/few weeks after we purchased it. (It makes a terrible loud rattling noise.) The manufacturer told us to return it back to Lowe's. Lowe's customer service line also said that it was fine to return and that they had a replacement in stock. Once we arrived at this terrible Lowe's to replace the broken AC, we were told that the 90 day return policy did not apply because they consider the AC to be OUTDOOR equipment. This rating is specifically for the flooring department, I've been trying to spend over $6,000 for carpet and there is never anyone working or returning my phone calls. If you are going to run a special, make sure you have the manpower to service your customers.
