Ordered materials for a project to be delivered to store because the delivery window was much quicker than home delivery. As most projects, timing is important for this one. It was delivered to the store 3 days ago. They still haven’t unpacked their freight delivery from who knows how many days ago. Also went to the store for other supplies ($125 of electrical wire), 25 minutes, and asking 4 store associates later( that I had to chase down) I threw up my hands and went to Home Depot. We ordered online. got a text saying our order was being pulled and will be ready soon. we head down to the Delra Park store and they say, "We don't pull orders.". by this time it is after 7 pm. my husband had to find the supplies on his own because he was told they didn't have the staff to help. while I stood outside with our truck workers were just standing around. The Delta Part Lowe’s does not seem to be taking the virus seriously. They continue to allow a “Pro” desk employee to not wear a mask, they have a manager that told me masks don’t help and aren’t required even though both the county and the store require them (and the store even has signs stated they are required) and they clearly make no effort whatsoever to ask shoppers to wear a mask. Safety done half way doesn't cut it! What is point of 90% customers wearing masks to protect everyone if 90% of employees and managers aren't wearing theirs? Why bother with social distracting stickers on floors if your own staff does not follow the most important and easiest part of protecting your customers? 4/8/20 No social distancing, no masks, no gloves, no disinfectant wipes, Portland Delta Park Lowe’s is not a place to shop in a pandemic. Rumor has it the employees are told not to wear masks! The pick up area is cramped and disorganized. Ashamed of our store😡. Do not shop here.
Bought a set of washer and dryer. The dryer doesn’t dry well. I asked for an exchange since I am still within 30 days and bought extra guarantee. I never heard back from them, was on hold for 60 min, they kept transferring me. Their costumer service is horrible. Shop somewhere else.
I never really have much cared for Lowe's I prefer Home Depot
The staff here is great! I just got terrific help in four different departments!
