Really nice staff, very clean.
Took them over 45 minutes to get my order that I ordered online and was delivered a day ago. Pathetic.
I really wanted to buy some things, but I got tired of wandering the labyrinth. What I did find, I put in a cart at checkout, and left empty handed. So many employees. What do they do? Some of them are really good at staring at their phones. I'll go to Freddie's.
Maybe make sure what is in the box is in the box. Bought a Tro-Built lawnmower the box advertised aa TB240 out of the box the mower is TB230. Really???
I wrote hated it because somebody lied. They said I was with them at Lowe's. Not even close to true.
Had to go twice today to replace a washer and dryer in both cases the appliance dept staff was rude , one even hung up on me and was not aware of his own inventory . upon trying to hold a item we were directed to a cashier who couldnt help then customer service then to pro desk , all for a very simple transaction. The majority of the staff was unhelpful . After 30 plus years of customer service id have to say i would have fired most of their personnel after my experience there .
Sales people at this location are always helpful, short checkout lines and the prices are reasonable.
