hubby and I came in yesterday and purchased a brand new John Deere mower (and 120 bags of mulch) with delivery set up today between 430 and 630pm today. it is now 933 and we still have no mower, have not received any calls to let us know if would be delayed AND when WE called the store we were told our $1700 mower was delivered 30 mins ago. supposedly they're now "on the way but stuck in traffic" so we will be firing up our mower to get it in the garage at 10pm with a sleeping toddler right above (who has the flu btw). your ... read more
I have to give credit where credit is due and the team at this location provided me with some amazing customer care! I placed an order online for store pickup and part was unable to be fulfilled due to low stock, but I was notified promptly and every effort has been made to get me the product by the store with little wait time. Today, I went to Lowe's to buy a floor lamp. After looking at lamps, I had a question. I went to the customer service to request an associate to help. After waiting five minutes, my husband and I decided that we would leave and headed to Home Depot where we found a better bargain. As we left, there were four worker standing directly by the exit. Not one of the asked if we found what we needed, nor did they thank us for coming into the store. Naturally, in the future, we will shop at Home Depot and not Lowe's .
According to these people I am not in the Navy or the military because I go to the Naval Academy.
Mike in the paint department was incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to help us!
Poor security , a place that someone can steal your stuff out of your vehicle while you're parked right out front
