The customer service at this store is going downhill quickly. We went in last night to buy a lawnmower. When we asked the sales associate where the flat carts were he just looked around and said somebody must have took it then went back to chatting with the other employees, who also did nothing. At the register, only self checkout was open. This wasn't an isolated incident. The last few times I have been there the service has been non-existent. Guess I will have to go to Home Depot instead.
The worst ever. Long story short, dont ever get counters from them. Measurements were wrong, fabrication was messed up, I now have poorly made counters and rather then fixing it they decided to stop everything and give some money back. Two months of hell.
I paid for wood on Monday to be delivered today (Friday). I called to find my window for delivery customer service told me 1100-1pm after 1 I called back and was told that she said 1130-1:30 I said oh ok sorry about that and continued to wait. It is now 2pm no call no text I don't know if it is coming or not but I can't do anything else I must wait at home because if I don't and he shows up and I am not there they will leave. I don't want to talk to the rude customer service girl because it could get ugly.
Needed a 14” by 24” furnace filter... Shelf stock depleted, so I asked if a box of filters could be brought down from the inventory above. Not only did they get a box down, they put a filter in my basket for me. Nice job !
no one seemed to know what was going on, very concerned without checking folks out, but not helping folks who needed help. finally wound up going to Home Depot
So I have been waiting a week for contact from the Door Measuring people. I was put on hold for a "sec" so after 6 minutes I hung up. I tried calling Customer Service. They could not help me. Too bad so sad, I am getting my money back.
Needs very little improvement. I prefer the local Mom & Pop hardware store near me but when they don't have what I want, it's off to Lowe's.
