Thank you Lowe’s! I sat here all day waiting for my appliances to be delivered. I had a confirmation email that they were coming today. I even called in twice to find out my window was 230 to 430 and again at 4:30 that my appliances were on the truck for delivery. Third and final call told me that the appliances aren’t supposed to be delivered until October 30. I will never shop at Lowe’s again. Horrible customer service. Does anyone have a cooler?
Trying to checkout, and the 2x2’s don’t have a barcode! I even pointed it out to the guy in lumber (who didn’t even have a box cutter to cut the straps since they are stored in groups of four)! The lady at the register then has the nerve to ask me twice if I wanted to walk back there and get an item number! It’s as far as you can possibly get from checkout! If I didn’t need them, I’d just leave! I really wish companies would bring back customer service!
Spent about 30 min waiting for someone to answer a question. Every employee I could find was "going to find someone to help" � but no one actually came to help. I spoke to 3 different employees
Purchased a LG refrigerator on June 16 had it delivered on the 18th. Should have guessed by the cluster with the delivery they out source everything. Today the ice maker quit working guess what they out source the service and their company does not have any techs that can work on LG products. They will call me on Tuesday to see if they can get someone here on next Thursday or Friday. When spoke with the store manager all he could say is he was sorry and would let the district service manager know of the problem. Big deal sti... read more
I purchased my 1st Maytag; employed by GE; jury still out, and hope I don't regret it. I went several other stores & two Lowe's, great knowledgeable customer service.
