Better communication order #417934414, total run aroun no one knows what's going on. Giving out 1 800 number, they don't ever pickup either. Totally unacceptable and unprofessional. Home Depot here we come!

My favorite store- awesome lawn & garden center
I was in this store around 11:30 on Jan. 15 looking at area rugs and could not get anyone to help me . I even went to customers service and ask them to call someone to help and no one ever came .
Never again. A installation job that should’ve taken two days still isn’t complete. And the worst part is they don’t even care. The worst contractors. Everyone just passes the buck and doesn’t even try to remedy the issues. Do yourself a favor and use HOME DEPOT or a smaller shop that will take pride in their work, customer service and YOU.
I just had Lowe's install a front entryway door with satellite windows and a threshold window. We also at the same time had them installation a storm door. This issue I have is the door has a only partial door jam, and is not wide enough to properly install the storm door returns (does not look correct). Installer said that it is the way it is when you have satellite windows. Really? That cant be correct. I can send photos to better explain. Everything was ordered through Lowe's at the same time. 😡
My son is working on his Eagle Scout project and has needed lots of wood cut. The employees in the wood department have been so patient with the different sizes needed and the amount of wood used. They have shared their excitement over the project and, in fact, Nick would like a picture of the finished product.
I just asked for a refund on my dishwasher that this location failed to deliver or install on 5 different days over the past 3-1/2 weeks! I have spent hours on hold (not to mention being hung up on countless times), three trips to the store in person, and lost tons of money and precious time and energy trying to “work with” this store to get my dishwasher.
