I ordered a refrigerator in the store before purchasing the costumer service rep. Called back to the appliance department to check to make sure the refrigerator was in stock in the store. She was told it was and that it would be mine. So I spent the money on the refrigerator and set up delivery for the following Saturday. My delivery window was from 12-4pm. Lowe's can improve by answering the phones when customers call, by adding an email option for customers to send in kudos and complaints, by getting qualified, professional, contractors, by simply just doing the right thing when customers spend their hard earned money to enhance their homes. Just do the right thing by your customers!
Mask are not being worn over nose and mouth. Total lack of leadership.
Ordering appliances from this location is a nightmare employees are very rude, unorganized I even had to go to another location to locate a stacking kit for my washer and dryer since they couldn’t find one in the region but I found it at the Portsmouth location 5 minutes down the road,save yourself the time and hassle the delivery team (XPO LOGISTICS) is just as bad flooded my house when they installed the drain line incorrectly for my washer but will not take any ownership it’s bad business.
Everyone wants to act like its someone else's job when someone needs help. Their are a few there that will take the extra time to help, but the majority just want to pawn it off on someone else. Shout out to Renee though, she always goes above and beyond!
