I think the customer service associates need to take some classes about customer service and how to speak to the customers. Especially Jim in hardware
Absolutely disappointed in this Lowe's store right now!!! Had an entire kitchen of cabinets, bathtub, mirrors, drywall, and other building material delivered, and they sent ONE person to unload. ONE!!!!! We either had to help him unload or he was going to leave it in the driveway!!! REALLY?!? Then, to top it all off, I called to speak with a manager and he said he would "have a chat" with his guys see what happened. Unacceptable.
The lack of customer service in this store is astonishing! We purchased French doors as well as a garage door, we asked an employee for help no one came! Waited for 15 min. Loaded both doors up, headed to the front where they informed us you can't just put that in the back of your truck. They didn't offer to help load them in the trailor, we had to ask. My husband asked for some cardboard to lay on the trailor to help and they pointed to the back of the store and said there might be some back there I don't know. There were t... read more
